100/5 stars! Beautiful interiors, feminine and elegant touches. Very clean aesthetic. Smells GREAT inside. They have candy out for guests, a beautiful clean lobby, and refreshing hot teas available. Plenty of free parking. 90 min head spa — this blew me away. Extensive service included a facial experience, head/neck/décolletage/arms massage. Oils, masks, serums on the face. Soothing eye masks. Hot towels. Shampoo and head massage. It all felt gloriously decadent. Lily and Jenny provided the service to my friend and me. We cannot wait to return!!!

Nora was amazing!! Follows request, doesn't take forever, very nice!! And got hybrid volume and very excited I choose this place.

My girls and I had the best time at Hello Bailey, perfect for a mother daughter time! My husband tagged along to keep my two girls company in their room while I had my own room. We felt so pampered and enjoyed our unique head massage! The girls had a tailored 60 min experience with a face mask and I had a delightful 60 min relaxing head, neck and shoulder massage. The water portion of the head massage was just what I needed! The staff were amazing and we felt the love! We will come back again!

It's my first time coming here at Hello Bailey and I was impressed by the ambiance and especially the service. I was warmly welcomed by Lily, she is so friendly and accommodating. I was so pleased the first time I entered the Spa because they give extra and beyond service. I felt so relaxed and Lily made me feel so comfortable as well. Incredible experience! Gorgeous aesthetic, clean, the beauticians were kind and made me feel comfortable, the ambience in the room for the head spa was 100/10, soo relaxing - everything was perfection. They use high quality products so my hair feels so soft! I will absolutely be back. I'm so excited Hello Bailey is so close to home because this will be my new monthly treat to myself.

I'd had Hello Bailey on my list of places to try for a while. Finally booked an appt for the Indulgence Head Spa 120 minute treatment. It was amazing! Tina was so sweet and the treatments (hair, massage, facial) were fantastic and went well beyond what I expected. I walked out so relaxed. Adorable pink decor and really gracious staff. Can't wait to go again!

Had no idea how this was going to be as I have never heard of a place focused on hair massages... my friend and I went for our birthdays and such an amazing treat! You walk in and it's decorated so cute, like pink girly theme. We chose the 90 minute package, they did everything from shampoo, conditioner, scalp massages, mask for your face, and neck, arm and shoulder massages. It was amazing! I will definitely be back again.

Salon is so cute with all the girly pink decor. Very clean and well organized. Service was very relaxing with a shoulder massage, mini facial, and of course scalp scrub and wash! Ruby was amazing! My hair has never felt more clean! I'll definitely be returning.

Lily was amazing! It was my first time here and had a 2 hour hair, head and upper body treatment along with a facial. It was just what I needed!

Truly a wonderful experience. The package for 120 min included hair massage, mask, facial, massaged arms and chest, washed and blow dried my hair. One of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences. The lady who worked on me was gentle, seemed to know how much pressure to apply, and it gave me the opportunity to really take it all in. The facility was extremely clean, had a relaxing ambiance, and very quiet which I appreciated. The staff was professional and as someone who is very particular, I have only good things to say and will definitely be a returning customer.

Amazing--just amazing. What I love most about this head spa is that you truly get a little bit of everything: one-third facial, one-third massage, and one-third scalp and hair treatment. I honestly lost count of how many steps were involved in my 90-minute session. There were multiple facial creams and masks, along with neck, shoulder, chest, arm, and hand massages, plus a variety of oils, shampoos, and treatments for my hair. I also have fairly sensitive skin, and every product used felt incredibly gentle and natural. When I left, my skin was glowing and my hair felt cleaner and softer than it ever has. The space feels calming, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed. It would be the perfect spot for a girls' day. The entire experience was truly glorious, deeply relaxing, and absolutely worth it.

SENSATIONAL. Absolutely blown away by this adorable spa. I was lucky enough to be gifted a trip to Hello Bailey by my mother in law for my birthday. I have had my fair share of massages and facials, but had never been to a head spa. This exceeded any ideas I could have imagined. Pure luxury. The staff is so gentle and lovely. One of the best upper body massages I have ever had. The aromas of the different products were heavenly. The two hours flew by! The spa itself is darling and squeaky clean. Highly highly recommend!!

Called to see if there were any last minute appointments and quickly received a text back with one available. I had a gift certificate from a friend who has been before and loved it. She was right, this was amazing. I had the 90-min service with Vi and it was fantastic. Full facial, arm, shoulder, neck and upper back massage along with a scalp massage and cleanse. She followed up the service with drying my hair. I have curly hair and she did a blowout using the Dyson dryer. I'm a fan! Thanks, Vi!

Such a fun experience with my BFF. The staff is incredible and every moment is perfect. I even loved getting my hair dried with the Dyson dryers at the end! Highly recommend either with girlfriends or solo!

I received the 60 minute headspa treatment from Ruby and will absolutely be returning. The massage and service were 10/10. The studio is clean, welcoming and filled with glitter - I'd recommend this for parties!

Lily and Vi are literal miracle workers!!!! The BEST head spa in Orange County!!! My bestie and I have tried another place and literally this was one of the best experiences of our life!!! Life changing! Should be covered by insurance for mental health!!!

I've been going to Kim for my eyelash services for quite some time now, and this review is long overdue. She consistently does an amazing job, whether I'm going for a natural lash look or something more voluminous and dramatic. The shop is always beautiful and very clean, which immediately makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. She is always on time, professional, and very courteous. I've referred several friends and coworkers because I genuinely trust her work. Highly recommend Kim if you're looking for someone reliable, talented, and consistent with beautiful results every time.

I have been meaning to write this review because of the wonderful experiences I have in this place! If you are intrigued as to what a head spa is, go to this place, it is perfect! Everything is beautiful, it's pink, welcoming, cute, clean, relaxing, and worth the price! I want to give special thanks to VI because the two times I have been to this place, she never disappoints. She is so sweet and caring and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire session. Also, a facial and massage is included (head, neck, arms, and hands), and they offer a complimentary drink! I will be going back soon!

I came here with a girlfriend to celebrate Mother's Day early and we were truly pampered! The place is super cute and kawaii with lots of pink and hello kitty theme. We got the 120 minute headspa treatment and we felt so relaxed every step of the way. We loved all the products they used, everything smelled so good. We especially loved the tea tree scalp treatment that made our scalp all tingly. The service is amazing and I like that they have a referral and point system so we can earn points towards another treatment.

Returning client here! New moms, I hope you see my review and plan to treat yourself to a headspa session. Being 4 weeks postpartum recovering, I didn't know how much I needed this headspa session until after it was done. It felt so amazing! I booked a 120 min session with Ruby. She was exceptional and so professional. She spent more time on my shoulder and neck because I told her how tense they were. She constantly asked me how strong her touch was and what I preferred. I was so impressed and happy. I will definitely return for more.

Omg I'm so happy I found Hello Bailey in time for my birthday weekend! I used to drive to Westminster and Garden Grove to get headspas but Hello Bailey is by far my favorite. They have the techniques down, the pressure of the massage was perfect, the hair products smelled amazing, the ambience is perfection. Book Jenny she is heaven sent! She definitely pampered this tired mama and took all the stress away for 2 hours. I'm speechless at how good she was. Thank you Jenny! Highly recommend to everyone! 5 stars

Highly recommend the Headspa treatment! Ruby did an amazing job, and I chose her based off of other reviews she received here... she did not disappoint. Perfect way to relax and unwind and take some time for yourself. The salon itself is super cute and very clean and welcoming.

Ruby is the best - I had the most incredible experience today. My friend and I booked at the same time for the essentials package and we were in the cutest room that was beyond relaxing. I love going to the spa and while this was a completely different experience I left feeling so relaxed and restored. The massage was great and the hair treatment has left my dry, curly hair so soft. The icing on the cake was getting my hair blow dried straight with no frizz in about 10-15 mins. They use Dyson tools and good, well known products. Did I mention there's a mini facial? Love love love. I will be back.

My husband bought me a 60 min head spa session booked with Lily. Other staff greeted me in the lobby and were very friendly. From the time Lily took me back to the time she walked me out the door, I felt that I was in great hands. The scalp scrub/massage was so good and the shoulder, neck, arms and hands massage was the best I have had. I felt truly relaxed and comfortable. I am 3 months postpartum so my hair is falling out but Lily never complained and made me feel comfortable. Sweet staff and amazing massage services. I will definitely be back soon!

One of the best experiences I have ever had! Lily and Jenny were so nice, checked in on us throughout our time together, took their time and were very thorough. Got a 90 minute couples head massage and facial here with Lily and Ruby and they were absolutely amazing! 11/10 experience and they were very accommodating! They made us feel so comfortable, relaxed, and are great at what they do! I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing experience!

Vi provided a really exceptional service! It was my first time visiting a head spa and I really enjoyed it. Began with a scalp massage and hair wash before moving onto a shoulder and neck massage then a facial and hand massage and ended with a hair blowout. I didn't realize until I got in the car that she went past my appointment time which I really appreciated. It was extremely relaxing and felt like the ultimate self care experience. I'd recommend this place to anyone and think it's extremely worth the price.

Tina helped me with a head spa treatment - she did a great job making sure the massage pressure and water temperature was right for me. She was grace under pressure and I appreciate her trying her best to give me great service.

It was my first time in a Head Spa. Lili was incredible. I scheduled the 90 minutes treatment. I was aware the whole time, but I think I kept coming in and out of a deep meditative state, as I was experiencing dreams. I can't believe how silky and smooth my skin and my hairs are! The whole location is beautiful and I felt relaxed just by getting in. To me it has been the perfect mix between a massage and a day in a Hot Springs Spa.

Sensational experience! First time here, and first time ever getting an indulgence scalp and head treatment. From start to finish, I was in awe of this beautiful place! Hello Bailey deserves ALL Yelpers attention! You want a scalp treatment, you go here! I received the $200 treatment. What I got was a heavenly dose of relaxation of the scalp! My favorite part: the minty/menthol scalp scrub that truly made my scalp tingle. By the end of my 2 hour appointment, my scalp and hair strands felt so clean. For the quality of service, the $200 was worth the price! Excellent customer service! Shoutout to Tina! She was amazing! Beyond 5 Stars all the way!

Super cute head spa in MV!! From the moment you enter the spa, you are transported into a relaxing enjoyable atmosphere. I took my daughter with me and we had a great experience. The head, shoulders and hand massage were very calming and soothing. The facial was very professional and all products were organic and soft on my daughter's skin. Came for their 90 minute head spa treatment and had an amazing experience! It includes a dry scalp massage, facial cleansing/massage/mask, shampoo and conditioner, arm/neck/shoulder massage, and a Dyson blowout. It was so relaxing from start to finish, I fell asleep a few times. The employees were so friendly as well and made the experience really enjoyable. Definitely worth splurging every once in a while to spoil yourself or a loved one. I'll be back!

This was such a fun and relaxing experience! They basically take your favorite part of getting your hair done and maximize it. The 60 minute was a great length it included lots of scalp massage, neck, shoulders and arms. Jenny was excellent. Very professional and it was a very relaxing and festive atmosphere. They serve hot tea at the end while they blow dry your hair, which was a fun, special touch!

Today I had my first experience with a head spa and definitely not my last. I was serviced by Lily and she was great. She was so gentle, kind and always checking in to ensure I was comfortable. The facial massage was superb! The best I have ever had no exaggeration. This place is so beautifully decorated! I love the butterflies everywhere. Overall, great experience! I highly recommend.

First time at Hello Bailey - what a cute themed set-up - pink and Hello Kitty themed. Had the brow lamination and tint treatment. Shout out to Kim for taming my brows and cleaning them up. I'll definitely return to try other treatments.

Highly recommend this head spa. I have been to several others, and this has been the best experience by far. My hair felt incredibly soft afterward -- unlike other places where it's left feeling dry. Kim is an expert lash artist! She pays attention to details and aims for perfection. The environment is so relaxing I fall asleep.
