Japanese Head Spa in Orange County

Looking for a Japanese head spa in Orange County? Hello Bailey offers private-room scalp care in Mission Viejo, convenient to Irvine, Lake Forest, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, and Rancho Santa Margarita.

Each appointment combines a warm-water scalp cleanse, hands-on scalp massage, neck and shoulder relaxation, and hair care selected for the service you book. The experience is designed for cosmetic scalp cleansing and relaxation; it is not a medical treatment or a cure for hair loss.

New guests can review what a head spa can and cannot do in our scalp care and hair-loss guide, then compare live appointment times in our online booking menu.

Choose the right Orange County head spa service

Renewal Head Spa — 60 minutes, $120: a focused first visit or shorter relaxation reset.

Essentials Head Spa — 90 minutes, $160: our most-booked option, with more time for scalp cleansing and extended massage.

Indulgence Head Spa — 120 minutes, $200: the longest head spa ritual for guests who want an unhurried experience.

All three are performed in a private room with a door that closes, not a curtained station, and two of you can be side by side in it. Pricing and availability can change, so confirm the current details before booking. Buying for someone else? See our head spa gift card guide.

"100/5 stars! 90 min head spa. This blew me away. Extensive service included a facial experience, head/neck/décolletage/arms massage. Oils, masks, serums on the face. Soothing eye masks. Hot towels. Shampoo and head massage. It all felt gloriously decadent. We cannot wait to return!" — Heather T., Cypress (5★ Yelp, Feb 2026)
