Buying a plan puts a number of visits on your account, and you book them one at a time like any other appointment. You will be asked to make an account at checkout, which is also how you see how many visits you have left.

Every plan runs for 12 months on a 4 visit plan and 18 months on an 8 visit plan, counted from the day you buy.
No. A plan covers head spa visits at the length you bought, and nothing else. Lashes, brows and nails are booked and paid for on their own.
Yes. The visits are yours to give, so you can bring a partner, a parent or a friend and spend one on them. Plenty of people buy the 8 visit plan for exactly that.
The visits sit on your account, so you book the appointment, and it is worth telling us at the till who the visit is for. If they are coming in without you, text (949) 767-6636 beforehand and we will have it ready under their name.
Not within one plan. Each plan is for one length. You can hold more than one plan if you want both.
Ask when you arrive. You use one plan visit and pay the difference for the longer service, if the room and the time allow it.
