Our policies

We take pride in our work and aim to provide excellent service. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address and resolve any concerns.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, so that other clients cannot take the slot: $25 for brow, eyelash extension, head spa, lash lift, lash refill and nail appointments and $10 for nail appointments. A few short add-on services need no deposit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for a one-time rescheduling.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure that you receive the full benefit of your selected services. Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this grace period, the appointment may be shortened or forfeited to accommodate other scheduled clients.

At our salon, we welcome children as clients starting at age 6, with a special package available upon request. While children are receiving services, parents or guardians must remain on the premises. If your child is not receiving a service, they are welcome to wait in the lobby, but parents or guardians are fully responsible for their safety and behavior. Thank you for your understanding!

Our salon is dedicated to creating a relaxing and safe environment for every guest. While we absolutely adore animals, we kindly ask that pets are not brought into the salon. This helps ensure a comfortable experience for all clients and upholds the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Service animals are always welcome. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We encourage all clients to maintain a quiet and respectful demeanor while in the salon. Please refrain from loud conversations and turn off mobile devices or set them to silent mode to ensure a tranquil atmosphere for everyone.
