Policy

We value our clients and encourage open dialogue. If you have concerns or feedback, please reach out so we can ensure the best possible experience.

A $25 non-refundable & non-transferable deposit is due to reserve allocated appointment time. The $25 will go towards the service total. If you fail to send the deposit, your appointment will be forfeited.

A 15-minute grace period is given, if you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled for another time. No exceptions.

​

Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made within 48 hours before the appointment. No-shows will be banned from booking, with no exceptions.

Please give a valid phone number and email when booking, this must be provided for confirmation email and texts.

Refunds are not given, no matter the circumstance, all services and products are final.
