We write each card by hand, so it is not something we keep in a drawer. It comes in a white envelope, ready to give. Call or text us first at (949) 767-6636 and it will be ready before you come in.

Questions, answered

How does the card arrive?

By email, to whoever you name, usually within a few minutes. You can also pick a date and a time and we will send it then, so it lands on the morning of a birthday rather than three weeks early.

How much should I put on it?

Any amount from $1 upwards. The presets above match our real service prices, so $70 covers our shortest treatment and $200 covers the longest head spa. If you are not sure, pick an amount rather than a service and let them choose.

How do they use it?

They book any service the normal way and give the card code at the studio. A booking still takes its usual deposit, and the card covers the rest of the bill.

Does it expire, and are there fees?

No expiration date and no fees. The full amount stays on the card until it is used.

What if they do not spend all of it?

The balance stays on the card for next time. Under California law, once the remaining balance is under $15 they can ask us to pay it out in cash instead.

Can I have a physical card instead?

Yes, and it is the one in the photograph above. We write each one by hand and it comes in a white envelope. Call or text us first at (949) 767-6636 so it is ready before you come in.

Can I use a gift card to buy a plan?

Not online. Text us at (949) 767-6636 and we will arrange it.

Can I buy one for myself?

You can, and plenty of people do. If you are buying visits for yourself, a multi-visit plan costs less per visit.
