Born to Be Pampered is $190 for 100 minutes: it is the 90-minute Essentials plus two extras, an extended hot stone massage and a birthday gift. The Kid Head Spa is $120 for 60 minutes, and it has its own gentler face treatment. Every price includes a private head spa room, and there is no upcharge for the aromatherapy, hot towels or finishing blow-dry. The mini facial starts with the 90-minute Essentials, which is why most guests choose it: you leave looking rested, not only feeling it.

You choose 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Allow about ten minutes either side for settling in and drying off, so a 90-minute booking is roughly an hour and fifty minutes door to door. We are open every day, 10 AM to 7:30 PM.

The 60-minute Renewal is the core scalp and massage ritual: aromatherapy, a warm eye mask, a dry scalp oil massage, a scalp massage with tools, a neck and shoulder oil massage, a gentle cleanse, a hair mask with warm steam, the warm water rinse, an arm and hand massage, hot towels, a blow-dry, and flower tea with a sweet treat. It has no facial step. The 90-minute Essentials turns that extra half hour into a four-step mini facial: a soft brush cleanse, a facial massage, a cooling hydro jelly mask, then a rich cream with a gentle microcurrent glide, so you leave looking as rested as you feel. The 120-minute Indulgence is the complete version, and the one to book when you have somewhere to be afterwards: two more scalp cleanses, a neck and shoulder scrub, facial exfoliation, a cool gua sha glide, a calming light finish, and simple styling, a curl or a straight. Skin feels smooth, hair is clean and finished, and you can walk out ready. A hot stone massage ($15), Dyson styling ($20 for 20 extra minutes) and a birthday surprise ($35) are paid add-ons on top of the base price. Not every add-on goes with every length, so the booking page shows what you can add to the one you pick.

Every adult head spa includes a neck and shoulder oil massage and a massage through the arms and hands, on top of the scalp massage, so three areas are worked in one session. The 120-minute adds a gentle neck and shoulder scrub as well. The Kid Head Spa keeps to the scalp and face, with no body massage.

Yes. The Kid Head Spa is a gentler 60-minute version for ages 6 to 12. It keeps the aroma, the warm eye mask, the scalp massage, the cleanse, the hair mask and steam, the warm water rinse, hot towels and a blow-dry, and it uses a softer face treatment with ice globes. You can book yours beside them, because each private head spa room seats two.

No, and we will not tell you otherwise. A head spa is designed for cosmetic scalp cleansing and relaxation. It is not a medical treatment and it does not cure hair loss. What it does do is lift away product buildup and excess oil, so your hair feels softer, looks shinier and is easier to style. If thinning worries you, please see a dermatologist.
