Per state laws, we will have to decline service to clients with scalp infections such as head lice, tinea capitis, open wounds, and so on We clients with hair extensions, only Fusion and Microlink styles are accepted. Even so, please expect the scalp massage to be a lighter than usual to protect your extensions. To achieve optimal relaxation with us, please remove makeup and jewelry before the session if possible. At Hello Bailey, we strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To ensure a tranquil and professional atmosphere, we kindly request that you adhere to the following salon policies: Service Guarantee: We take pride in our work and aim to provide excellent service. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address and resolve any concerns. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment (other clients can overbook). We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for a one-time rescheduling. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure that you receive the full benefit of your selected services. Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this grace period, the appointment may be shortened or forfeited to accommodate other scheduled clients. Children Policy: To maintain a serene environment, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children under the age of 12 into the salon. Our space is designed to provide a peaceful escape for our clients, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in preserving this ambiance. No Pets Policy: For the safety and comfort of all our clients and staff, pets are not allowed within the salon premises. While we understand the importance of pets in our lives, we kindly request that you make appropriate arrangements for their care during your salon visit or let us know in advance if you're a new client and have to bring a pet with you. Respectful Conduct: We encourage all clients to maintain a quiet and respectful demeanor while in the salon. Please refrain from loud conversations and turn off mobile devices or set them to silent mode to ensure a tranquil atmosphere for everyone.
